These Terms of Use govern your use of QuickKit: Smart Tools. By downloading or using QuickKit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
QuickKit provides general-purpose utilities including lighting, scanning, timing, measuring, converting, privacy, note, and emergency visibility features. Features may change, be improved, or be discontinued.
2. Appropriate use
You may use QuickKit for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not reverse engineer the App except where law expressly permits it, interfere with its operation, use it to harm others, generate invalid advertising activity, bypass payment controls, or misuse emergency tools.
3. Utility limitations
Measurements and sensor-based results are estimates and depend on your device hardware, calibration, environment, and permissions. QuickKit is not a substitute for certified measuring equipment, professional advice, medical equipment, emergency services, navigation equipment, or safety systems.
4. Emergency features
SOS, siren, flashlight, and emergency-note features are supplemental aids only. They do not contact emergency services automatically and may fail because of device state, battery, permissions, hardware, or environmental conditions. Contact local emergency services directly when assistance is required.
5. Advertising
The free version may display third-party advertising. Ads are supplied by external providers and do not represent an endorsement. You must not repeatedly click ads, encourage invalid clicks, or manipulate advertising activity.
6. Lifetime ad-free purchase
QuickKit may offer a one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes advertising for the Google Play account that completed the purchase. The purchase does not promise that every future service with ongoing third-party costs will be included. Purchases, refunds, taxes, payment methods, and restoration are administered through Google Play.
“Lifetime” refers to the supported lifetime of the QuickKit product and compatible platform, not the lifetime of an individual person. We intend to maintain the benefit for as long as QuickKit remains available and technically supported.
7. Local data
You are responsible for information stored locally in QuickKit. Uninstalling the App, clearing storage, changing devices, or device failure may permanently remove local notes, favorites, history, profile information, and emergency details. QuickKit is not a backup service.
8. Intellectual property
QuickKit, its visual identity, software, text, and original graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and services remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickKit is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickKit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, inaccurate measurements, missed timers, or reliance on emergency features. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Changes and termination
We may update the App and these Terms. We may suspend access where required for security, legal compliance, or material misuse. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the QuickKit developer, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
